Bus Conduct and Safety

Students are required to conduct themselves on school buses and other vehicles owned, leased, etc. by the school division or related group in a manner consistent with established standards for classroom behavior. Students who violate the Standards of Student Conduct or do anything that compromises the safety of students, school personnel, etc. while on school buses, etc. shall be reported to the principal by the driver and may have their riding privileges suspended or terminated. The student is also subject to disciplinary action as if their actions had occurred in the school. In such cases, the parents of the student become responsible for seeing that their children get to and from school safely.
