The Buckingham CTE student organizations, with the help of the BCHS Drama Dept., are hosting "The Haunted CTE". It is a one-night spook event at the Buckingham CTE. The public is invited. The charge for entry is $5.00. Parking is in the BCHS Bus Loop. There will be food & drinks available for purchase. All children 13 & under are required to have an adult companion to participate. On the evening of September 19th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, the First Lady of Virginia Suzanne S. Youngkin and award-winning social psychologist, author, and researcher Dr. Jonathan Haidt will convene a fireside chat to discuss the findings of Haidt’s book The Anxious Generation and how it informs our communities and schools in limiting social media and cell phone use to help restore childhood and play.
