Welcome to Buckingham County Public Schools! Buckingham County is a supportive, rural, “small town” community located in the heart of central Virginia with a rich history and an exceptionally bright future. Our mission is to cultivate successful citizens, ensure safe, positive learning environments, and foster collaboration as well as critical and creative thinking among all students. Working together, we will continue to enhance the existing culture of Buckingham County Public Schools and build consensus through communication, collaboration, transparency, and teamwork.
