They must also place classes of horses based on their conformation and other desirable characteristics. The Senior Division team members were Anna Snoddy, Abigail Palmore, Amiah Porter, and Sarah Bryant. The team placed 41st overall out of 60 teams. Piper Scaldio competed as an individual in the Senior Division. Our very own Dr. Garrett is Vice-Chair of the Superintendent’s Investigative Panel of the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE). The panel plays a role in reviewing and issuing recommendations on licensure cases to the State Superintendent and the Board of Education. The panel reviews applications for initial licensure, requests for renewal and reinstatement, and petitions for the revocation or suspension of a license. Way to represent Buckingham, Dr. Garrett!
